Edition recently opened a 204-room property in the downtown Orchard Road district, while The Standard will open later this year. Famed hotels such as the Mandarin Oriental and Grand Hyatt, which closed in recent years for major renovations, will also reopen.???Changi Airport Terminal 2 fully reopened in November with new automated check-in kiosks, bag drops and immigration lanes, more than quadrupling the terminal’s capacity to 28 million passengers per year and soon adopting the latest biometrics and facial recognition technology for passport-free departures.
